Good Eonough for Us, but Not Good Enough for Them?!

There are so many issues at stake here, but the first question that we should all be asking our congress people and the president is this:  Are you going to opt out and forgo your current health care plan in order to join the health care plan provided for most Americans by the Obama government?

The answer is “NO!”

The following question was asked of President Obama last Wednesday evening during his press conference:  “MR. PRESIDENT WILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GIVE UP YOUR CURRENT HEALTH CARE PROGRAM AND JOIN THE NEW “UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM” THAT THE REST OF US WILL BE ON ?” PRESIDENT OBAMA REFUSED TO ANSWER THE QUESTION!

Why should he?!

The version of the Obama healthcare plan prepared by Senator Edward Kennedy specifically exempts members of congress from many of the provisions dictated to the American people.  The US Office of Personnel Management notes, Members of Congress “enjoy the widest selection of health plans in the country.”Page 114 of the Kennedy bill states that  a similar array of choices would not be available to other Americans in the future.  Instead, the American people are going to be forced into health insurance plans that are dictated by the Federal Government! This means that members of Congress and the Obama Administration will not be subjected to the health care plan they are going to come up with for us!

If the President of the United States of American along with the Congress allows themselves an option to NOT participate in this grand plan, why shouldn’t the American people be given the same option?! They work for us, remember?!

I have decided to start this blog in an effort to get the word out about what is happening in this great country.  These things  should not be ignored!  My goal is to compile information and break it down so that it is easy to understand. I hope that as you read this blog, you will become more comfortable talking about the issues.  We need to be willing to talk about these issues and state the facts.

I hope you will find the information here to be helpful.
