I am a Christian and I am not ashamed to say it! I have been married to my husband for almost 17 years and we have two daughters, ages 11 and 8. The idea of a blog is new to me. I decided that I could not sit by and watch the destruction of this country without trying to make a difference. I do not want to be one of those people who complains about the situation, yet chooses to do nothing to change it.

My goal with this blog is to look at issues that are taking place in this country and present them in a manner that is easily understood. I hope readers will find the information helpful in their discussions with their friends and neighbors. My goal is to provide simple facts that can be easily articulated during a rational conversation about the issues we are facing today.
